- An exciting opportunity for college-educated adults to begin new careers teaching in the schools that need qualified teachers the most.
- ACI's Transition to Teaching program combines a challenging academic curriculum with paid internships – so college-educated adults can “earn while they learn” to teach in high-need schools.

- Recent College Graduates
- Teacher Aides
- Substitute Teachers
- Classroom Assistants
- Uncertified Teachers in Private or Parochial Schools
- Professionals Interested in Changing Careers
How?
- Attend one of ACI's Transition to Teaching Recruitment Fairs on Saturday, April 29 or Wednesday, May 3.
- Learn about Transition to Teaching and how you can be certified as a math, science, special education, or bilingual teacher in an accelerated timeframe.
- Meet representatives of Dominican University, North Park University, Rockford College, Saint Xavier University, and Trinity Christian College.
- Candidates who are admitted to the Transition to Teaching program are eligible for stipends, loan forgiveness, and other financial aid options.
